I wanted to write and tell you how pleased I was with your work in repairing and leveling my home in West Orange. My wife Sheila and I are planning to renovate this old "home place" and we wanted to ensure that the foundation was sound before we did that. We were also concerned about possible damage from the flood waters of Hurricane Ike. Michael crawled around all under the house and inspected every pier, beam, and joist. He recommended replacing one beam and four joists, and he said the house would then be on sound footing.

The house feels very solid. I was not aware that it had dips and sags like it did. I guess those things happened gradually over the years. Sheila and I feel very confident in moving ahead with our renovation plans.
